Jennifer Friedberg is an accomplished Associate Broker at Compass’ Bridgehampton brokerage office with a deep commitment to her work and her clients. She has a reputation for being energetic, proactive, and determined, providing unmatched guidance navigating the entire process of buying and selling properties from the initial meetings to negotiations to closings. At Compass she brings her dynamic personality, vast market knowledge, exceptional servicing skills, and business acumen to her clients. Further, she offers fresh ideas, keen marketing, digital prowess, sharp negotiating skills, and expert know-how in the process of finding, buying, selling, and renting a home.

Prior to joining Compass, Jennifer was a Senior-Level Marketing Executive and Global Digital Head at some of the world’s leading advertising agencies, digital powerhouses, and technology-related firms working on product launches for the likes of Samsung, Motorola, and IBM. She also has been involved in some early-stage start-ups providing strategic and marketing guidance. Jennifer has always been a “people connector” and has built lifelong relationships with clients and colleagues around the globe – as well as connecting local resources with her client's immediate and longer-term needs.

Jennifer hails from Philadelphia’s Main Line, moved to NYC over 25 years ago, and has been in the Hamptons since then. She currently resides in North Haven while continuing her close ties with the City, where she has a home in Greenwich Village. An avid spinner, cyclist, photographer, traveler, and lover of entertaining and everything on and near the water, Jennifer starts most mornings spinning or biking on her Peloton. She is working to bring her tennis and golf games back to the level of her earlier years.

Jennifer has an eCommerce and content site, Way2Finds (www.Way2Finds.com), focused on curated collections of “found” and new items for the home, She is engaged in a number of non-profits and fundraising efforts and is deeply committed to helping women pursue STEM careers and young people to thrive, grow and learn. She also holds a dual real estate license at Compass’ flagship office at 445 Park Avenue.
